Product features:PI thermal membrane is also known as PTC thermal film. It is made of PI (polyimide) film coated with F46 (polyfluorinated ethylene propylene emulsion) on both sides and baked at high temperature. The product has excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, radiation resistance, and high temperature self-adhesive sealing characteristics.
Application: This product is widely used in the insulation package of PTC heater in small home appliances such as curling iron, straightening iron, hand warmers, massagers, heating gloves, goldfish heater, etc.
